Impact Station (the “Organizing Committee”) handles personal data for 2026 Next AI Content Festival ticket reservations as set out below.
1. What we collect and why
- Data collected
- Name, phone number, gender, age (date of birth instead of age for Film Festival bookings)
- How
- Entered by you on the ticket reservation screen
- Purpose
- Issuing tickets, checking admission, festival operations notices
- Collected automatically
- Country of access, device type (mobile / tablet / desktop), screens visited, and an irreversible hash of your IP address. Used only for visitor statistics and to block abusive lookups. The raw IP address is never stored and no cookies are used.
2. Retention and deletion

- One year from collection (visit logs 90 days, lookup attempts 7 days)

- Expired reservations are deleted automatically every day.

- Irrecoverably deleted from the database
3. Third parties and processors
- Sharing
- We do not share your data with third parties.

- Website hosting (Vercel Inc.), database (Neon Inc.)
4. Your rights
- Access & deletion
- Under “My Tickets” on the ticket page you can view your reservations and cancel or delete them yourself.
- Withdrawing consent
- Canceling a reservation withdraws your consent with it.
